Printing

Our offset printing presses from KBA of 5 and 6 colors currently constitutes one of the best printing machines in the world. Furthermore, we use very modern techniques to reproduce colors from their respective wavelengths.

Lithio-Lamination

Lithio-Lamination is the process of laminating a printed paper board to a corrugated board, which allows to obtain high quality and highly rigid packaging boxes.

Print Finishing

We have offline and inline print finishing equipments for: Total and partial varnishing in glossy and Matt finishes, film lamination in glossy and matt finishes, metallic gold and silver, and special effects film lamination

Embossing and Hot Foil Stamping

We have multiple machines for hot foil stamping in different colors, counterfeiting holograms, pharmaceutical braille, and 2D and 3D embossing.

Die-Cutting

Die-cutting consists of cutting the printed boards according to pre-designed shapes according to the client’s requirements, we have multiple automatic die-cutters and the optional blanking separation for a perfect cut.

Window Patching

Window patching is a technique that applies a thin plastic film to a die-cut window on your packaging.This window allows customers to see your product without opening the package. We have multiple machines that can patch windows with high precision and quality.

Folding and Gluing

Folding-gluing is the last step in the packaging manufacturing process, we have high speed 100m/s folder gluers from the well known swiss manufacturer BOBST.

Corrugated Cardboard

A Newly launched factory specialises in manufacturing corrugated cardboard products, from boxes with and without printing, to extra white perfume inserts, and single facer for various applications. For materials: Testliner, KraftLiner and White Kraftliner are all available.

Plastic Packaging

We have a seperate factory for manufacturing PET preform for food and cosmetics sectors, we also produce caps, spray caps, electrical inserts, furthermore we can produce any custom products for multitude of requirements.
